2.How to enquiry us?
Inform us the product detail: material,sizes,color,quantity,packaging. Quantity is very important because it would affect to make an accurate quote.(If need customize logo or packaging, please also inform the detail requirement. )
3.How to order?
After confirmed details of order,we would issue an online order for you through our website, if need proforma invoice we can provide too. We would need these information to make order and arrange delivery: Delivery address, post code, contact number and receiver name.
4.How to delivery ?
Small quantity goods delivery by air/express. Bulk quantity orders we usually delivery by sea. We have cooperation with shipping company which able to offer good rate in China. Some countries can provide DDP service.(door to door tax paid)
5.Sample :
Regular stocking size and colored straws providing free sample, freight collect(Accept DHL/Fedex). If you don’t have an account with them,we can send directly with a freight charge around 30-50 USD.
6.Payment:
We currently accept T/T , Western Union, L/C, Paypal(+5%),Alibaba online payment.
7.What’s production lead time?
15-25 days mostly. Stocking goods in 5 days.
8. Custom clearance
Custom clearance invoice value will be declared under buyer's requirement, please kindly notice that the lower value decalared might cause high plenty from custom(even harder punishment).All risks caused by the low declaration shall be responsibled by the buyer.
Tips: color and size possible exist small error because of manual measurement and screen/camera condition. Goods quality standard as per sample.
